Healthy Eats!

              One Turkey Burger - Two Delicious Meals!

Here are two more healthy meals that I cooked up in my kitchen. The first on is a yummy turkey burger and the second I made tonight - organic spaghetti/spinach & turkey pieces. Both have one ingredient in common...Turkey Burger!

 Turkey Burger & Salad

I made this burger w/ Jeneo's Turkey burger patties.
I topped it off with ketchup, mustard, mayo, & pickles.
The buns are 100% whole wheat.
The salad included butter lettuce  & Tuscan Style dressing
with some extra virgin olive oil.

 Spaghetti & Turkey Pieces

This meal was fun to make as it was to eat!
I used Bionaturae organic pasta. These pasta must
 have been the most thick and tasty pasta I have
ever had! I added baby spinach, pepper, salt, rosemary,
dried onion and onion flakes into the basil/tomato sauce.
I topped it off with grated Parmesan cheese.
I cooked up 2 patties of Geneo Turkey burger and
seasoned it a little then cut them up into pieces. All the
flavors blended so well . Another victorious Dinner, yay! :)

Yummy Healthy Dinner

Fish Sandwhich & A Salad Dinner

On Tuesday evening, I made dinner from the food I purchased at my local Dominicks. The meal turned out to be so delicious! I think I may have found my new favorite salad dressing and bakery buns.

The Meal Lowdown:

  • Spring Mix store brand salad
  • Organic baby spinach
  • Crumbled feta cheese
  • Black olives (pre-sliced, from a can)
  • Crasins by Ocean Spray dried cranberries
  • Tuscan Style Basil Herb dressing
  • 100% natural; 100% whole wheat Natures Pride Bakery Buns
  • Gordon's crispy battered fish fillets with omega-3
  • mayonnaise
  • ketchup
